Any formal legal action, lawsuits, subpoenas, or official service of process must be physically served to our designated Registered Agent. Delivery of formal legal documents to any other address, physical location, or email address does not constitute valid legal service.

5. GOVERNING LAW All legal notices, claims, and disputes directed to the Company shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal proceedings must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.
