These Terms of Service govern only the retail purchase of goods from rylsservices.com by end-consumers.

3. PRODUCT CONDITIONS, ACCURACY, AND "AS-IS" SALES We specialize in pre-owned, used, vintage, and bulk-lot goods. By purchasing from our site, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Cosmetic Variance: While we make every effort to display colors, images, and conditions accurately, the exact cosmetic condition, wear, or color of pre-owned items or bulk groupings may vary slightly from representative photographs.

STRICT NO-RETURN AND NO-REFUND POLICY Because of the unique and pre-owned nature of our inventory, RYLS TECH SERVICES LLC enforces a strict No Return, No Refund, and No Exchange policy in accordance with Texas law. All retail sales are final. Exceptions to this policy may be granted solely at the absolute discretion of the Company, governed explicitly by our official Return & Refund Policy.

5. DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND RESTRICTIONS Our Service is dedicated exclusively to customers within the United States. We do not accept, process, or fulfill international orders. The Company reserves the right to cancel and refund any order placed with an international shipping address or an address forwarded outside of the United States. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
