These Terms of Service do not describe our "Item Offer Form" or our policies for commercial solicitation (selling items to us). These Terms of Service govern the retail purchase of goods from rylsservices.com by end-consumers.

3. PRODUCT CONDITIONS, ACCURACY, AND "AS-IS" SALES
We specialize in pre-owned, used, vintage, and bulk-lot goods. By purchasing from our site, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • "As-Is" Sales: All products are sold strictly "AS-IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS."

  • Cosmetic Variance: While we make every effort to display colors, images, and conditions accurately, the exact cosmetic condition, wear, or color of pre-owned items or bulk groupings may vary slightly from representative photographs.

  • No Implied Warranties: We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your subjective expectations.

4. PAYMENTS AND OPTIONAL SERVICE CONTRIBUTIONS
Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. In the event that our checkout portal, invoicing software, or point-of-sale system presents an option to leave a "tip," "gratuity," or additional monetary contribution, you expressly acknowledge and agree that these funds are collected as a corporate service charge. It is the strict policy of RYLS TECH SERVICES LLC that all such discretionary or non-discretionary revenue collected at checkout is paid directly to the Company as an institution. These funds flow to the general corporate bottom line to support overhead, growth, and operations, and do not constitute an employee-retained tip or individual gratuity.

5. STRICT NO-RETURN AND NO-REFUND POLICY
Because of the unique and pre-owned nature of our inventory, RYLS TECH SERVICES LLC enforces a strict No Return, No Refund, and No Exchange policy in accordance with Texas law. All retail sales are final. Exceptions to this policy may be granted solely at the absolute discretion of the Company, governed explicitly by our official Return & Refund Policy.

6. DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND RESTRICTIONS
Our Service is dedicated exclusively to customers within the United States. We do not accept, process, or fulfill international orders. The Company reserves the right to cancel and refund any order placed with an international shipping address or an address forwarded outside of the United States. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

7. ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT IN DISPUTE.

10. INDEMNIFICATION
