1. ALL SALES FINAL At Ryls' Services, we take pride in curating unique pre-owned, used, and bulk-lot goods. Because of the distinct, secondhand nature of our inventory, all items are sold strictly "AS-IS."
To maintain our highly competitive pricing and streamlined operations, we enforce a strict No Return, No Refund, and No Exchange policy. All retail sales are final upon checkout.
2. CONDITION & EXPECTATIONS We want you to shop with absolute clarity. Please thoroughly review the item description, condition notes, and included photos before purchasing. Because many of our items are pre-owned or sold in bundles, the exact cosmetic condition, wear, or color may vary slightly from the representative photograph. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the "As-Is" condition of the goods.
3. DISCRETIONARY EXCEPTIONS & SEVERE ISSUES While all sales are final, we understand that exceptional circumstances occasionally occur—such as an item arriving severely damaged in transit or a fundamentally incorrect item being shipped.
If you encounter a severe issue, please inspect your order immediately and contact us at support@rylsservices.com with clear photographs of the item and the shipping box.
Important Notice: Any and all return or refund exceptions are granted entirely on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the Company's absolute and final discretion. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a return or refund will be authorized.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE SHIPPING FEES & RETURN COSTS If the Company exercises its final discretion to authorize a return exception, the following shipping conditions strictly apply:

Original Shipping Fees: Any original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are strictly non-refundable.

Return Shipping Liability: Ryls' Services is not liable or at fault for any lost shipping fees, carrier charges, or transit costs pertaining to returned shipments. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by our support team, the customer is fully responsible for purchasing and providing their own return shipping label.

Return Transit Risk: If you are shipping an approved return back to us, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we cannot issue refunds for returned packages that are lost in transit by the carrier.
5. THE EXCEPTION PROCESS (IF APPROVED) If your return exception is explicitly authorized by our team:

You will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

The item must be returned in the exact condition that you received it, including any original tags, components, or packaging.

Unauthorized Returns: Any items sent back to our facilities without first requesting and receiving written return authorization from our support team will be rejected, marked "Return to Sender," and no refund will be issued.
6. REFUND PROCESSING (IF APPROVED) If an exception is granted and your return is authorized, we will notify you once we have received and inspected the item. If the final refund is approved by our team, the funds (minus any non-refundable shipping fees) will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
